## Narrative

On June 13, 2023, an employee was assisting with placing equipment onto a flatbed truck. The employee was on the bed of the truck directing the movements of a skid steer that was loading a 5-inch collar weighing approximately 500 pounds. The employee stepped forward to assist with moving the collar off the forks when the collar rolled on top of the employee's foot, causing compartmentalized swelling that required hospitalization and incisions to relieve the pressure.
