## Narrative

An employee was unloading a vessel and ascending a ramp with a two-wheeled dolly. The employee slipped, and the dolly and vessel fell on top of and crushed his left hand. The employee's left ring finger was amputated above the first knuckle; his left middle finger was also damaged.
