## Narrative

An employee was grinding an I-beam when the conveyor turned on and pinned the employee between the I-beam and the conveyor. He sustained contusions and abrasions to the abdomen, pelvic area, back, and legs, requiring hospitalization. The machine was not guarded at the time.
