## Narrative

An employee was cleaning. She poured bleach down a soda fountain drain to unclog it and she immediately became short of breath. The employee suffered acute pneumonitis due to chemical fumes, acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, moderate persistent asthma with acute exacerbation, and shortness of breath.
