## Narrative

An employee was helping to remove a water heater from a hotel using a hand truck. While they were moving the water heater down a set of stairs, the water heater fell and struck the employee, resulting in contusions, abrasions, and deep tissue injury. The employee was hospitalized and needed multiple surgeries.
