## Narrative

An employee was taking gasoline to the top of a roof. They stepped on a soft spot on the roof next to a skylight and fell through the roof to the ground below. The employee sustained a laceration to the back of the head, and fractures to vertebrae, the collar bone, and right-side ribs.
