## Narrative

An employee was transferring an 11-gauge steel sheet from a sorting table to a staging rack. As the employee was moving the top sheet, the bottom sheet slid off the table and struck their left foot just behind the safety toe of their shoe. The employee sustained a fracture and laceration to the foot.
