## Narrative

An employee was struck by a vehicle while going to check on a customer whose vehicle had become stuck on a curb. In trying to get off the curb, the driver lost control of the vehicle which spun around and struck the employee, knocking him to the ground. The employee suffered trauma to the head and face.
