## Narrative

On 8/3/2023, a cashier was talking to a customer that was sitting in a motorized cart. The cashier went to greet the customer but tripped on the back of the motorized cart and fell onto the terrazzo floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured hip and a possible fractured elbow.
