## Narrative

An employee was driving a front-end dumper to receive material that was being excavated from a lake that is being built. The front-end dumper drove off the edge of a steep cut, slid down the bank and flipped over. The employee sustained a punctured lung, spinal injury, and fractures to ribs and a vertebra.
