## Narrative

On September 1, 2023, an employee was walking on a roof to service HVAC units when they stepped on a skylight and fell through it. They landed on a pickup truck 17 feet below and sustained a concussion, a laceration to the head that required stitches, and bumps/bruises all over their body.
