## Narrative

An employee was removing metal grates from a window while standing on a ladder. The window grate began to fall and the employee went to move out of the way when they fell approximately 6 feet from the ladder to the ground. The metal grate struck them after they fell. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs.
