## Narrative

An employee was operating the controls to a dock bridge for loading containers onto an aircraft. The employee walked away from the control panel toward the aircraft cargo door and fell approximately 20 feet into the gap between the dock bridge and the aircraft. During the fall, the employee's left hand struck a plastic jersey barrier directly beneath the dock bridge, resulting in a left wrist fracture.
