## Narrative

An employee was in the bucket of a bucket truck while raising communication cables. The employee was getting pinched by the cables and the bucket, so he tried to climb over the cables. The tension in the cables gave way, propelling him out of the bucket and onto the bed of a flatbed truck. The employee suffered injuries that required hospitalization.
