## Narrative

On November 4, 2023, at 3:00 AM, an employee was assisting a crane that was stacking cross frames. The crane placed a bundle of cross frames down. When the crane began lifting again, the hooks caught the bundle causing the cross frames to shift and land on the employee's foot. The employee was hospitalized with a broken foot and required surgery.
