## Narrative

An employee was setting impressions on a printing press. He went to remove paper that was stuck to a printing plate and his right hand was pulled between a steel cylinder and a steel printing drum. The employee sustained crush injuries to the hand including partial degloving of the index, middle, ring, and little fingers.
