## Narrative

An employee was pulling wire on the roof of a building. As they stepped down onto a ladder, the ladder became unstable, causing the employee to fall approximately 8 feet to the concrete below. The employee sustained fractures to the wrist and shoulder, as well as a forehead laceration.
