## Narrative

An employee was delivering a pallet bearing a mobile fall protection cart. A forklift was being used to raise the pallet when the pallet cracked, the strap broke, and the cart began to fall. The employee fell to the ground with the cart and suffered a broken and lacerated left wrist.
