## Narrative

Employee 1 was driving a bag tractor that was pulling two carts. After disconnecting one cart, employee 1 made a left turn toward the belt loader. Employee 2 was walking past and was struck and run over by the bag tractor. Employee 2 sustained multiple fractures to their shoulder, ribs, and legs.
