## Narrative

On March 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM, an employee was unloading a semi-cab from a trailer that was attached to a semi-truck. In order to avoid gas tank damage, they were hooking up a chain from a payloader to the rear of of the trailer. The payloader was behind the trailer that had the truck (semi-cab) and as they hooked up a chain from the payloader to the truck, the truck rolled from the trailer and the injured employee was pinned between the trailer and payloader. This resulted in a compound fracture in their right arm and they were hospitalized.
