## Narrative

An employee was backing up a riding pallet jack when it stopped suddenly, causing her to lose her balance and fall from the platform of the pallet jack to the concrete floor. The pallet jack did not collide with anything and the floor was in good condition. She sustained a fracture to her left hip.
