## Narrative

Three employees were tasked with unclogging dust from a baghouse. The dust was a byproduct of asphalt that had accumulated and clogged the piping in the baghouse. This dust can range in temperature from 220-265 degrees Fahrenheit. While the three employees were unclogging the baghouse using wands, the dust shot out, causing the injured employee to fall backward and land on his back. The dust then fell on top of him, resulting in second-degree burns to his torso and arms.
