## Narrative

An employee was preparing to install a ground on a de-energized line. The employee was clipping in the top phase and the static wire after a wire pull on a 115kV aerial electrical transmission line. The employee leaned over the basket and reached out, grabbing the phase/dolly. The induced voltage that had collected in the de-energized line caused electrical burns to their right little finger and lower right leg and they were hospitalized.
