## Narrative

An employee was stopping a shoplifter and was attacked by the shoplifter. The shoplifter beat and kicked her head and chest. The employee suffered lacerations to the front and back of her head, multiple bruises throughout her body, and internal injury to her chest. The employee was hospitalized.
