## Narrative

An employee was troubleshooting an electrical circuit in a junction box from an 8-foot step ladder when an electrical shock from the junction box caused them to lose their balance and fall from the ladder. They struck their head on a wall. They sustained a bump and laceration to the forehead and bruised ribs.
