## Narrative

The injured employee was performing maintenance work on a crane using mobile stairs. Another employee was retracting the extensions when the fork assembly caught the stairs and caused them to tip over. The injured employee jumped from the stairs and landed on his feet on the floor, fracturing his right foot.
