## Narrative

An employee was walking up the stairs at a private residence while conducting a survey. The employee reached for a tarp that was hanging over the entryway when they fell down the stairs, resulting in a back fracture, two broken ribs, a collapsed lung, and lacerations to the back of the head and neck.
