## Narrative

An employee was working on a split catwalk to do trailer refrigeration repairs with one side of it raised when he fell 8 feet off the catwalk to the floor. The employee sustained a contusion to the head with a brain bleed, 3 fractured vertebrae, and a cracked hip.
