## Narrative

An employee had finished for the day. They were using an extension ladder to egress a three-story residential building when they slipped and fell 25 feet to the ground (concrete pavers). The employee was hospitalized with a concussion and fractures to their left shoulder, sternum, ribs, and right leg.
