## Narrative

An employee was standing on the front bumper of a ready-mix concrete truck cleaning the windshield. The employee went to jump off the bumper and suffered a degloving injury to their left ring finger when their wedding ring became caught in the bottom of the overhead access platform, resulting in medical amputation.
