## Narrative

An employee attempted to move the multilift to a more desired location and placed his hand on the tooth block of the multi-lift. This led to his finger entering the inner core of the multi-lift and as they were moving the multi-lift, it completely retracted (the tooth block compressed) causing a fingertip amputation.
