## Narrative

An employee was washing out a trailer. He unlatched the turnbuckles and released the air. He then went behind the trailer to lift the tailgate. As he lifted the tailgate, he used his left hand to push the turnbuckle into position between the tailgate and the trailer. The tailgate slipped out of the employee's right hand and his little finger was caught between the turnbuckle and the trailer resulting in an amputation.
