## Narrative

An employee was changing out a price point on the header of an endcap. As she was leaning on the top shelf of the endcap for support, the shelf gave way, causing the employee to fall from the top step of a step stool. She landed on her left leg/side on the tiled floor and sustained a broken lower leg.
