## Narrative

The injured employee was sitting on a milk crate waiting for a customer vehicle to be placed on a lift. Another employee was bringing a car into the garage bay and his foot slipped off the brake pedal and pressed the gas pedal. The injured employee was crushed between the car and a toolbox. The injured employee sustained fractures and internal injuries.
