## Narrative

An employee was unlatching a sand container from a trailer so a forklift operator could then remove the container. While the employee was unlatching the container, the forklift operator pulled toward the container to remove it. The employee was struck in the abdominal area by a fork on the forklift, resulting in an abdominal injury.
