## Narrative

An employee was repairing/replacing the bracket that supported the motor/gearbox on the auger at the top of the rail chip bin. The employee was grinding the weld on the bracket. The bracket broke free and moved in the direction that it was being pulled. As the electric motor and gearbox moved, they pinned the employee's right leg against the catwalk grating, resulting in lower leg fracture.
