## Narrative

An employee was performing a cleanliness inspection of a dewatering conveyor and removing lettuce from a powered conveyor belt. The employee's left arm was caught in the rotating sprocket propelling the conveyor belt. The employee sustained a crush injury with bruising and a laceration to their left forearm.
