## Narrative

An employee was loading materials onto a truck bed with a forklift. The employee was loading a skid onto the trailer and as they were lowering it there was a piece of wood stuck on the underside of the skid. They went to manually remove it, and it came down and pinched the employee's right index finger between the skid and the truck. The employee sustained a partial amputation to their right index finger.
