## Narrative

An employee was loading a vehicle on the fourth deck of the trailer. The employee accidently grabbed the handle for the third door on the vehicle causing the door to open. The employee lost their balance and fell backward to the ground, resulting in a fractured foot and ankle. The employee was hospitalized.
