## Narrative

An employee was moving a large toolbox weighing 600-700 pounds through a doorway to another room. A heavy metal part with a beveled edge was on top of the toolbox. The part struck the doorjamb and rolled over onto the employee's finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
