## Narrative

Two employees were holding the wire of the swing to adjust its position while the swing was also being used by employees of another company. That resulted in sudden pressure on the wire, which pulled the clamp down, pinning one employee's right hand and another employee's lower left side under the clamp. One employee was hospitalized.
