## Narrative

An employee was on an A-frame ladder while working on the wiring of a transformer. An overhead crane caused the unit to start moving and tip toward the employee, causing them to jump off the ladder onto the concrete floor. The employee sustained a fracture to his lower left leg area and a shattered left ankle.
