## Narrative

An employee was unloading material to back fill the 36-inch sewer main when concrete debris caused the rear door on the dump trailer to get wedged open. The employee lifted the door to free the concrete debris. Once the debris was free it suddenly closed, causing the employee's right ring finger to get pinched between the door and the body of the truck. The employee sustained a laceration and fractured finger on the right hand.
