## Narrative

An employee was on an 8-foot ladder while removing adhesive from the back of a truck trailer using a solution and a plastic scraper. The employee was on the fifth step of the ladder when they began swatting a bee and fell off the ladder to the ground below, resulting in broken ribs and a collapsed lung.
