## Narrative

On September 29, 2024, at 9:45 AM, an employee was operating a stock picker and transporting product when the picker contacted racking causing the product on the picker to contact the employee and push him against the controls bank of the stock picker. The employee sustained a fracture to his leg and two punctures to the left thigh.
