## Narrative

An employee had just finished framing an H-structure. They lowered one side of the horizontal structure down on cribbing to keep it raised off the floor. They removed the pull stand on that side to use it at a different location. The pull stand on the other side of the structure broke, allowing the H-structure to fall down 3 to 4 feet onto the employee s left foot. The employee sustained a fractured talus and required surgery.
