## Narrative

On October 14, 2024, an employee was descending the stairs from a 35-foot cement hopper platform. The employee missed a step and fell about 6-10 feet to the ground, suffering fractures to the left arm/wrist, left femur, and pelvis on the right side. The employee was hospitalized.
