## Narrative

An employee was installing a 3-inch PVC pipe onto a T-post in the ground to set up overhead powerline flagging. A metal wire contacted the overhead powerline and an arc flash occurred, resulting in burns to both of the employee's hands and feet and the right side of their chest.
