## Narrative

An employee drove a box truck to a customer's home to recover empty portable storage containers. The employee was tightening straps to secure the containers on the truck when she slipped on some leaves and slid down an embankment. The employee sustained a dislocated ankle and a fractured left tibia that required surgery.
