## Narrative

An employee was moving a stator that was suspended by a jib hoist. They had their right hand on the stator to guide it into place when the hoisting device and trolley disconnected from the monorail, striking the employee's hand that was positioned on the stator. The employee suffered a laceration and crush injuries to their index, middle, and ring fingers.
